Back Again To Nintendo
Sh*t, it's been a year already. All's well though, no one reads this blog anyway. Wallowing in my isolation here, it's fun to blog again. Yah, I'm back in Kyoto for a month for work.
What's new in a year? Anna and I are now happily engaged. Proposed to her on July 4th 2006 atop the Osaka Hep 5 Ferris Wheel. Funny that it's independence day eh? Returned to Seattle at the end of July, and returned to Nintendo full-time, while continuing to work on the Wii Project. Then we bought a nice new home together in Newcastle. Life's changed a lot since Japan. :)
Since my last post in April 2006, work has been frantic, with barely enough free time for myself and Anna. F*cking insane workload. You guys back in Seattle know what I mean--I've been pretty stealthy and most people didn't know I was back. Not complaining though because it's been satisfying and rewarding. But I'm getting back into the swing of things--Hanging out with my sis and the crew, playing Carcasonne, planning regular poker nights, still watching anime, joining AA volleyball league, buying Miggy's TTR dirtbike, and looking forward to Spring as riding season is around the corner.
I'm staying at Kyoto Station. I love the view. The pic is where I'm blogging from today.
