Burger Mos Def

Haha, all my posts are about food lately. This time, I went to a joint called "Mos Burger". Ah, my favorite place to eat burgers in Japan. I heard from someone that "Mos" stands for mountain, ocean, and sea. Dunno why. I ordered the regular cheeseburger, but it came with chili too. A nice surprise. The bread smells good and tastes freshly made (the outer crust is a bit crispy and lightly oiled).

I went to the main shopping street in Kyoto called Shijo. Lots of places to walk around and shop. Shops close at 8 or 9 PM, and I happened to get off work early enough to do some touring. I went to ABC Mart, a shoe store, and picked up a pair of slick shoes. They're really comfy, and I think they look cool. Especially the soles. It's a recreation of the famous Japanese tsunami art, except there are two surfers on them. I'm thinking about buying Anna a pair of brown ones--what do you think?
